Day-Stay Reservation
The 1400 square foot AspenRidge WalkOut has a minimum stay of 2 days and assumes a minimum party of 4. The Fees (for 4) are $250.00/day with an incremental increase of $50.00/day for each additional pair of occupants (5 and/or 6, etc), maximum of 6. Rental during the Democratic Convention, August 22 to 31, 2008, will incur a 50% premium.
The reservation fee is HALF of the 2-day 4-person charge -- or $250.00, regardless of party size.
The shopping cart link below allows you speedily to give us your credit card information with complete security and so, lock in your reservation. Once confirmed by the reservations manager, your reservation fee guarantees your place on the calendar. Colorado and local sales tax of 4.75% will be added to your stay fee when the stay fee is charged.

Week-Stay fee is $1250 for 4 occupants. Incremental charge for occupants 5 and 6 is an additional $250. The Reservation fee is HALF of the week-stay fee ($625.00). Other conditions apply similar to the day-stay discussion above. Rental during the Democratic Convention, August 22 to 31, 2008, will incur a 50% premium.
