Days-Stay Reservation
The 4600 square foot VillageArt AspenRidge Haus has a minimum stay of 2 days and assumes a minimum party of 4. Holiday weekends require a minimum 3 day stay. The Fees (for 4) are $360.00/day with an incremental increase of $50.00/day for each additional pair of occupants (5 and/or 6, etc), up to a maximum of 12.
[The daily occupancy fee for a party of 12, then, would be $560.00.] The reservation fee is HALF of the 2-day 4-person charge -- or $360.00, regardless of party size.
THIS SHOPPING CART MERELY PASSES YOUR INFORMATION TO LOWELL. HE FILTERS INFO -- NO AUTOMATIC CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD IS MADE.

Week-Stay Reservation
Those needing to stay 5 days or more will find it worthwhile to make a Week-Stay Reservation. The One-Week Fee for a party of 4 is $1800.00. Each additional pair (or portion of pair) of occupants adds an additional $250.00/week. The fee for a party of 12, then, would be $2800.00/week. The reservation fee is HALF of the 1-week, 4-person stay fee, or $900.00.

For an extended stay in the Colorado High Country, use the Month-Stay option. The stay fee is $6600.00/month for a party of 4, with an incremental charge of $750.00/month for occupants 5 and/or 6 and subsequent pairs, making the month-stay fee for a party of 12 $9600.00.
The Reservation fee is HALF of the 1-month, 4-person stay fee, or $3300.00.
